Lactation: If you were more than 12 wks when you had your miscarriage then you could produce milk, the process of producing milk starts right after pregnancy starts, so do not worry, it's going to go away by itself, if you have pain use warm compress, take Motrin. Good luck.

Normal: Yep - a lot of times during pregnancy, breasts start lactating, due to hormonal changes and it takes a bit of time for that to resolve. If it still persists months out, then need to work it up then.
