Abdominal pain: Lower abdominal pain can be caused by GI issues (e.g. constipation, infection such as appendicitis, or colitis if you have diarrhea), GYN issues (e.g. pregnancy, ovarian cyst, etc), among others. If it becomes severe, an ER visit can start with an ultrasound and labs, possibly a CT scan if needed to rule out the emergent causes.
