A member asked:

Could long term gonorrhea infection cause penile dermatitis?

Yes: lonjg term?- do you mean untreated?- I strongly suggest BOTH a urology and dermatology evaluation and definitive therapy for gonorrhea. BTW: stop self medicating with hydrocortisone and Clotrimazole- you are probably aggravating your skin condition.

No - different area: Gonorrhea in men usually causes a urethritis - which is an infection of the urethra, which is 'inside' the penis - not on the outside. If you are worried about an external dermatitis, it must be something else other than gonorrhea. It could be 'fungus' since I notice you've got 'jock itch' listed above. I suggest you see an ID doc- those doctors specialize in this kind of thing. Take care.
