Have rls, and don't know if related, but feet often feel very tight & constricted where can't stand socks or sheets touching them. like how legs feel in rls but 10x worse & often only in feet...cause?

Periph neuropathy: You could be suffering from a peripheral neuropathy as well. B 12 deficiency is one cause, but there are several others. You may want to see your primary care physician to schedule a test called neuroconduction velocity or NCV which measures the speed of nerve conduction. Capasain in a lotion form helps with the pain and symptoms of peripheral neuropathy. Multivitamin for poor nutrition.

Seems related: RLS can cause many different uncomfortable sensations in the lower extremities and back. Alternatively, the RLS may not be the exact diagnosis and there may be another process going on with the nerves in your lower extremities. See your neurologist to report the new symptoms.
