Very unlikely : Such an exposure is extremely low risk. You should have nothing to worry about. Hope this helps!

What risk? NO Risk!: Your question is important - despite much effort to educate people on how HIV is transmitted (ie unprotected sex, body fluid transmission, IV drug use), there still remains the fear that just being in the presence of someone with HIV , they will get the disease. This fear is ABSOLUTELY unwarranted. Again, there is NO RISK WHATSOEVER of getting HIV in the situation you described.

Not Likely: I presume you are worried about getting HIV from the person when the persons hand came in contact with your mouth. You will not get HIV from that type of contact.

Transmitted by blood: HIV is transmitted by blood which means that the person's hand must have an open wound touching your mouth with an open wound.

No issue: Psoriasis is not contagious. HIV transmission would require more intimate contact than a simple touch. Genital/ oral contact would be a concern for HIV transmission.
