Pregnancy: yes it can. Best to check pregnancy test on first morning urine about 2weeks or more after unprotected sex. If neg, repeat in 7-10 days. If both neg, highly unlikely you are pregnant. Hope this helps. Best of luck Dr R

Pregnancy: Anytime you have unprotected sex, there is a possiblity of pregnancy. If menses are missed following that event, then it is important to take a pregnancy test to determine status. Lack of normal monthly symptoms could be associated with pregnancy, but are in no way diagnostic.
