A member asked:

I had vertigo a few days before my period. can premenstrual dysphoric disorder or pms cause this because now i don't have it?

Vertigo may vary: Vertigo should feel like movement when you do not move- it may be spinning, falling, a rocking sensation, etc. It may be caused by benign changes of the inner ear. Sometimes there are more serious causes. PMDD normally is not associated with this symptom. Symptoms of vertigo may come and go- it commonly varies in this way.
