Keeping skin healthy: I would not recommend a collagen drink to keep the skin healthy. Things that may improve the health of skin are 1) avoiding smoking 2) avoiding sun damage with sunscreen or avoiding high UV times (10 AM to 4 PM) 3) good nutrition 4) moisturizer to keep skin moist and healthy. Those are some good places to start.
