ER visit: this is what most ER docs would consider an "appropriate emergency room visit." Chest pains, shortness of breath, radiation to right shoulder can all by symptoms related to gallbladder or blood clots or atypical cardiac chest pains etc... I would recommend going to your nearest ER to get this checked!

? R shoulder pain: If pain is associated with eating , it could be from a gall bladder (GB) problem. A fully blocked GB duct is a surgical emergency. A partially blocked duct may cause pain that comes and goes. A GB ultrasound can show if there is a blockage. Heart-related pain does not typically vary with breathing, but any pain near the chest is concerning. Constant/worsening pain needs to be checked by Dr.
