What type of sex : If all you have are internal hemorrhoids then this should not limit your sexual activity . If it does then I think you also need to see a gynecologist to make sure there is nothing else going on. On the other hand, if you are asking about anal sex then you shoul avoid it at all cost. It will make you bleed and the pain will not get better. In fact, it will likely make it worse .
