Maybe : If the child is growing normally and meeting milestones it may just be reflux in which case switching formula again likely won't help. See your pediatrician to sort it out.

Formula & spitting : Might be. Discuss with your child's healthcare provider. It is a milk based formula and some infants have trouble with this. Many provider will then have you try a soy based formula like isomil or prosobee. Again, best to discuss with your child's healthcare provider. Hope this helps. Best of luck. 6mo old is great age. Hi there I started using Nan Optipro formula for my 2 month old baby a month ago. She ended up projectile vomiting after every formula feed. I then switched to Similac Total Comfort and found it to be much less. Is it okay to switch to Similac soy??
