Allergic reaction: May be you came in contact with some weeds, or plants that you are allergic to. Insect bites can also cause red bumps at the site of bites but energized Pruritic Rash are due to Allergic reaction. Do you have Poison Oak r Poison Ivy near by?or If you sprayed chemicals in your garden ? Rx Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Claritin like drug. Wash your body with water, Apply Cortisone + Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream now.
