Eczema is not some: thing you cure. but there are great medicines out there to control it. We know now it is related to poor barrier function so adding a topical that helps with barrier on skin is imperative. See derm for scripts and also treatment options for the postinflammatory hyperpigmentation it sounds like you are getting
