Eczema: If you have not been formally diagnosed with eczema, i recommend you see your own doctor or be referred to a dermatologist so that you can be prescribed a treatment regimen that will help treat your symptoms and even prevent it. Mainstays of therapy are moisturizing creams and steroid ointments.
