Are you on hormone?: If you are on hormonal birth control such as pills or shots, this can be normal. Also your menses can change if you are exercising a lot, have changed your diet, or have lost weight. As long as you have some bleeding with each cycle and your cycles are regular, there is probably no cause for concern. If you have irregular cycles, or no bleeding at all, see your doctor.
