Non-cardiac pain: There are many conditions that can cause your symptoms that are not related to your heart, some of these include a pinched nerve in your neck, muscular strain, joint problems, depending on the quality and nature of your pain your doctor should be able to establish a diagnosis. The studies that you mentioned will not diagnose a pinched nerve in your neck, or breast bone joint inflammation.
