Thyroid, adrenals: You need to have a health and wellness dr to evaluate you. Could be hypothyroid, adrenal dysfunction, or secondary to menopause.

Fatigue: Check for anemia, underactive thyroid, slow heart rate, low blood pressure, infection, sleep disturbance or even depression. Sometimes coronary artery disease or a weak heart muscle cause severe fatigue. Discuss these with your physician.

Fatigue and thyroid: This could be poor iron absorption. Decrease acid production due to age, OTC or prescription anti acids medications. Intrinsic factor and B 12 is also needed for proper absorption. Another cause could be low thyroid. If temperature is low when taken under the arm before you get out of bed this make indicate need for low dose Armour thyroid.
