Not that I'm aware: I can find no correlation between easy bruising and iron deficiency anemia or hypothyroidism

Vitamin C deficiency: One of the most common causes of easy bruising is a deficiency in vitamin C. Other causes include use of aspirin, ibuprofen or like medicine. Not likely iron deficiency. Vitamin deficiencies can be caused by medication, and by empty food choices like soda. www.blatmanhealthandwellness.com
