Preferably: I think you would get a cleaner less ambiguous test result if you stopped the verapamil 3 doses beforehand, that is if you are not needing it for treatment of hypertension. The most confounding class of meds you should definitely not take before a tilt table is the beta blocker class. Still, I think if you can come off the calcium channel blocker verapamil beforehand that would be ideal. Good luck
