Pregnant + 2th pain: Best to take tylenol (acetaminophen) and call your dentist ASAP for an exam. Right now anything that puts you under stress will also place your unborn child under stress. Don't wait your dentist can safely treat you even at this late stage of your pregnancy

Tylenol (acetaminophen): You can take 650 mg every 4-6 hours taking no more than 3000 mg in a day. It would be wise to see your dentist if this lasts longer than a day or two

Call your dentist: Depending on the cause of your toothache typically Pain meds do not work long term, you need to treat the cause, not the symptom. Your dentist needs to see you to evaluate your treatment options.

Usually Tylenol (acetaminophen)...: But your dentist should determine why your tooth hurts... is it something that can wait, or does it need to be immediately addressed? Either way, your dentist and OBGYN will discuss your situation and come to an agreement as to what is best for you and your baby.
