Hydration and fiber: For your current symptoms you can try Gas-ex or simethicone (the generic form) for your gas pains. For the constipation I recommend Miralax (polyethylene glycol). Both are over the counter. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) is very gentle. You can also put it in any liquid. In the future try to stay well hydrated, eat more fiber and exercise to prevent constipation.

Try a laxative: You are probably constipated and this is causing your pain. Try an enema such as fleets, or a laxative such as mag citrate. If no results or symptoms don't improve, see a doctor. Good luck!

Drink more water: Are you eating enough Vegetables and Fruits which gives your body enough Fibers to form the bulk and prevent Constipation? Gas pain can be from Certain foods like Cabbage and Broccoli ( Cruciferrus Vege.)Or from Lactose Intolerance ( may take Lactaid tablets or avoid Milk and milk Product for 2 wks)OR from Gluten sensitivity( From Bread and wheat product) Can take Miralax, (polyethylene glycol) Citrucel like fibers.
