Big topic!: Start with small, easy steps. Identify 2-3 triggers for your anxiety. Come up with a plan for each. Practice redirecting your anxiety with your action plan for those 3 triggers for 1month. Your response time and confidence will improve. Then tackle a few more. Exercise, sleep well, eat healthy, meditate/pray daily.

Dealing w' and: getting rid of anxiety R 2 different things. We all need 2 learn how 2 deal with anxiety, but would not want 2 get rid of it entirely. Anxiety helps keep us safe, keeping us aware of real dangers in our lives. 2 much anxiety can become paralyzing, therefore we need 2 learn how 2 keep anxiety at a manageable level.
