No known interaction: There are no known interactions with 5 HTP and Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). 5 HTP is an unregulated supplement with little research available. It is often taken as a substitute for antidepressants, and as a remedy for many conditions. I've seen it interact with SSRI antidepressants. Please discuss this with whomever is prescribing the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).
