Wait for next cycle: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed cycle, next to that is an anovulatory cycle, where you simply do not release an egg for the cycle, thus you have no period. If you r next period does not come on, then you need to see the Dr. for an evaluation of secondary amenorrhea. (Do not forget, you would still be able to get pregnant, assuming you do ovulate at next cycle.)
