See a doctor: Changes in sensation (feeling) can range from complete loss of sensation, to tingling, to hypersensitivity. There are many possible causes. Almost everyone has had their foot "go to sleep" from pressure, or staying in one position for a long time (with legs crossed, for example.) Feeling returns if the position does not last too long. Any other time, the cause can be more serious. See your doc
