Allergies : You could have sinus pressure from allergies. I would try Flonase if this does not work, you may have migraines or cluster headaches that involve the frontal or facial area. But you have to do the allergic thing first. Having the ct reassures you you are missing sinus disease that you are not treating. There are some patients who do not believe you unless the CT is "negative". Good luck!

Look for other cause: Problem for otolaryngologists are patients who present with recurrent, persistent sinus pain out of proportion to findings on physical exam.Patients experienced documented acute sinusitis in past often present new similar symptoms, lack objective evidence of new active sinus infection.These patients may or may not be experiencing an upper respiratory tract infection/nasal drip.Remain vigilant.
