Can you have prolonged (i.e 24/7) stress cardiomyopathy symptoms (or heart pain caused by stress). as opposed to just one significant event?

24/7 chest pain is: usually not the heart. There are many other structures in the chest that can cause persistant pain.Seek help from your doc.He can rule out heart problems, which would ,at least, give you some peace of mind.
