Although haart therapy only kills free floating hiv virus, won't the dormant reservoirs eventually die off leaving the person free of hiv?

Dormant HIV: Unfortunately, some of the cells the virus infects can lie 'dormant' for >13 years. Our hope was that treating the virus would rid our patients of the infection in time but we need to make those latent cells infected w/virus 'apoptose' or die ; prevent new immature cells from being infected. It has been more difficult than we anticipated but work is actively being done. We have hope!
