Past 12 weeks!: Well I would say you can stop worrying so much because you are past 12 weeks and most miscarriages occur before that. You can train yourself to think positively (or at least less negatively) by recognizing the negative thought and stopping the train (of thought) immediately. Make yourself list 2-5 things you have to be grateful for instead and move forward in your day. Good luck!
