Toothache: You should seek dentist in the local area for consultation immediately as the pain will not go away. The ibuprofen dosage you've mentioned perhaps exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Definitive Treatment: You need definitive treatment. In the mean time try recommended dosage of both tylenol (acetaminophen) and ibuprofen at the same time. Also do not expect all the discomfort to go away - only to be lessen.
