Not sure...: what you mean. You list tiredness, lack of pleasure -- these could be due to depression. Painful urination could be an infection. There are Free Clinics around where you could be seen and checked for these problems. Look online or in phone book for one near you. Good luck!

Could be depression: infection or many other causes. See if there is a free clinic if not see a doctor who will work out a payment plan with you.
