Warm back: Glomera, this could be due to adequate covering by good clothing or sitting well placed in a chair. If you are a low back pain sufferer it could be due to low grade, chronic inflammation of the back muscles. However, if unaccompanied by urinary symptoms, no fever and no severe pain, I would not be concerned. thanks
