A 29-year-old male asked:

Is possible to grow height after 30years?

Usually not: The growth plate of the long bones in the body are closed at age 30 and further growth in height is unlikely. However, there are many that grow in circumference after the age of thirty.

A 22-year-old male asked:

At present I am 22yrs old....Its it possible for me to grow my height....

Dr. Robert Kwok

No: A 22 year old cannot grow taller because his bone's growth plates have fused (stopped growing). To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing; shoes, and have good posture. Being confident, having good social skills, and a strong speaking voice is good. Vitamins, supplements, "special" foods, exercise, etc... will not make a person living in the U.S. taller (height here is genetic).
