Can't be done: Get a bone age study. If bones not fused, then good nutrition, exercise & enough sleep will allow you to grow to your potential. If you're exceptionally short & bones aren't fused, a pediatric endocrinologist might offer you growth hormone. But neither of these situations is "quick". It doesn't work that way, most likely not at your age when bones are fused.

Growth: Groth velocity is multifactorial and genetics has an important contribution. At least make sure the child is having a balanced diet, sleeps early with undisturbed sleep, and having normal hormones and vitamin d level.
