Depends how long you: have been on oxycodone .If only for your hip surgery, then that's fine. If much longer, if you had been taking it for months, then psychological withdrawal may be challenging. Look for your migraine triggers, and avoid them, including dietary triggers (foods that start it up), and lack of sleep, stress, and other things that you want to watch out for. Also, choose treatment that makes sense 2 you.
