Go slow and see what: your body will tolerate when using creatine or carnitine (not sure which one you are referring to), and glutamine is safe, and sometimes protein powder can be constipating. So drink lots of purified spring water if you take this much powdered formulas. It may be harder on your kidneys than your liver.
