Support and Wait: If she is uncomfortable with the constipation I would not recommend adding Sennakot at this time. Depending on how long she has been stuck, it could take a bit of time for the miralax (polyethylene glycol) to kick in. You could try some giving some apple or pear juice to add fluid to the stool while you are waiting the 24 hrs.
