Could still be the prostaglandins: Released in your system, that's still active producing cramping in the abdomen. If drinking alcohol, it could also be due to irritation from that as well. Consider that low calcium status could also be attributable to this too. So increasing dietary calcium may be helpful. If this continues, please call your OB/GYN doctor to discuss and get relief.
