I have a flap of skin with a sore on it on the inside of my cheek around the line of where my teeth come together. canker sore maybe?

Could be: It could certainly be a canker sore, but it could also be other things. Could be that you bit some skin while chewing, could be another type of lesion as well. If it goes away in a week or ten days, I would be reassured.

Saliva duct?: Check the other cheek and see if you don't have a similar flab. A saliva gland empties here. Sometimes they get irritated.
