Greasy food: The gall bladder is stimulated to release bile salts when you eat a greasy/oily or spicy meal. Therefore she should avoid greasy and spicy food. There is a prescription medication called Bentyl (dicyclomine) (dycyclomine) that can be taken before meals that helps keep the gallbladder relaxed.

Gallstones : Classically, a low fat diet is used, but in reality, trial and error will allow her to determine which foods make her symptoms worse. Many docs prescribe narcotics, but I have found Donnatal (phenobarbital atropine hyoscyamine and scopolamine) works well. Medications are not a long term solution however. Consider a consultation with a general surgeon to find out more. Hope this helps!
