Latuda: Latuda is FDA Pregnancy Category B. It has not been studied in humans & animal studies have not shown teratogenic effects. However when used during the 3rd trimester – neonates have had withdrawal symptoms & extrapyramidal side effects. Benefit to mother should justify fetal risk.
