Good diet/ exercise: Sandy, The best way to lose fat is the old fashioned way: eat right and exercise. I personally use a plant based diet (fruits and vegetables, no processed oils or sugars, and no animal products), and running, but any combination of whole foods (not processed or "junk" foods) and physical activity will work just fine.
