No: I don't believe you should. Use Tylenol (acetaminophen) only when you need it for fever. There may be some evidence that Tylenol (acetaminophen) may interfere with the vaccines effectiveness.

No: The is no real indication to use fever reducers or pain killers for prophylaxis. Some vaccines may not even cause a fever (100.4 F) in kids. Even if you give the baby Tylenol, (acetaminophen) they will still cry while getting the injection.
