I want to know about baclofen pump and phenol injection for botox-resisted dystonia. could they work on cervical dystonia and how much it costs?

Generally No: Baclofen pump only helps with spasticity mainly in lower extremities. Phenol injection only helps if placed on a motor nerve, the problem with that would be loss of any other muscles associated that nerve resulting significant weakness in your neck area.
