Urinary tract ?: The Uracus is a vestigial remnant from bladder development and has its origin near the belly button. Also other inter abdominal problems can manifest as pain peri-umbilically, so get your urine checked for possible UTI, and if sytoms worsen, especially increased pain or changes in the nature of the pain, should lead you to see a medical provider.
