No: Holding ejaculation does not cause epidydimitis. It can be caused by UTI,which is in your history(but you must see a doctor to find out why a 22 yr.old male has UTI) or by STD. In older men,which does not apply to you,it can be caused by enlarged prostate or by bacterial infection from the rectal area after some urological procedures. Groin and genital trauma are other causes.
