Highly unlikely: With a tubal ligation (blocking egg from traveling down tube to meet sperm for fertilization) and novasure ablation (making the uterine lining inhospitable to implantation of a fertilized egg), doubt you are pregnant. You can always check a home pregnancy test to be sure.
