Sounds like: you are having a slight case of vaginitis. This is a common problem among female patients - common causes include yeast or bacteria which can be easily treated with medicines.

Likely okay: Grayish brown discharge could be a sign of old blood. Sometimes greyish discharge is associated with bacterial vaginosis, an 'overgrowth' of NORMAL bacteria in the vagina, or, also, trichomonas. If you're concerned or could possibly have been exposed to a STD, then a check up is recommended. Otherwise, if no foul odor and no itching, then likely okay

It could be: normal discharge or possibly something else. At times, infections may present like that, such as vaginosis. If discharge persists, I recommend you see your doctor for an exam and testing. Best of luck!
