See the doctor first: S/he will determine if there's that much change or not whether you will need new prescriptions or not. If not, you won't. If so, they will give the new Rx to you. Also, they can do a dilated fundoscopic exam to check the back of your eyes and make sure it's healthy. You're young, so it's good to get into good eye health habits now.
