None: There are no lab tests for fibromyalgia. You should see a doctor trained in the diagnosis of fibromyalgia. They will also determine if there are other causes for your symptoms besides fibromyalgia.

No specific tests: There are no specific laboratory tests for fibromyalgia (fm). You should go see a good rheumatologist or pain medicine doctor who should be familiar with the diagnostic criterion for fm.
